As much as we assure you of our best services, we
would only be modest in drawing your attention to the fact that Villa
Retreat strives to offer you all the essential comforts and best of services,
but at times, the services can become slower than expected, which is beyond
our control. Having said that, we will with your co-operation spare no
efforts in making your stay with us comfortable and one you would cherish. Accommodation: All our Suit / Cottages, Rooms are designed to accommodate 2 adults comfortably. One Extra Adult or One child can be accommodated in a room. Child above the age of 8 years considered as extra person. For extra person, extra mattress is provided. Please remember our suite / Cottage, Rooms are not designed for large families with more than 3 members. Room Heater is provided on request, which is chargeable Extra. Booking Procedure: Check-Out time is 9 AM and Check-in time is 10.30 AM or thereafter. Kindly inform the arrival time at the time of making the booking. To confirm and block the rooms, 50% of the total accommodation cost has to be paid in advance. Advance can be paid by cash or at par cheque, which can be deposited in any ICICI or State Bank of India, favouring Villa Retreat, Kodaikanal. Guests are requested to inform us by mail after making any mode of payment. On receipt of the payment, you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 to 48 hours, which is the proof of your stay. Telephone / Oral booking are not accepted. Amendment or Cancellation of your stay should be intimated by mail. Such amendment or Cancellation will attract following retention charges.
Once you check-in and in case you leave earlier than your departure
date, the total room rent for all the days till your date of check-out
mentioned in your confirmation mail has to be paid under any circumstances.
The management reserves the right to update / modify Tariff / Package
rates / Package Offers without prior notice. |
